Apex Private Chauffeurs operates under pre-arranged, non-metered rates in full compliance with City of Dallas Ground Transportation (GT) Division regulations. All services are quoted and agreed upon prior to confirmation.
STANDARD RATE STRUCTURE
Airport Transfers (DFW / DAL):
- Luxury SUV (e.g., Suburban / Escalade): Starting at $85 (home ↔ airport within service area)
- Rates may vary based on distance, time, and service requirements
Hourly Service (Corporate / As-Directed):
- Luxury SUV: Starting at $125 per hour
- Executive Sprinter Van: Starting at $195 per hour
- Jet Sprinter Van: Starting at $250 per hour
- Minimum service requirements may apply
Point-to-Point Transfers:
- Flat-rate pricing based on distance, time, and vehicle type: Starting at $85
- Pricing provided upon request and confirmed prior to service
Special Events & Peak Demand Pricing:
- High-demand events (e.g., concerts, sporting events, FIFA World Cup, AT&T Stadium events) are subject to adjusted market rates
- Example Event Pricing:
- SUV Hourly Event Rate: $175–$250 per hour
- Minimums: Typically 8–10 hours depending on event
- Parking, staging fees, and venue-specific permits (if required) are additional
