1. Introduction
Welcome to Apex Private Chauffeurs. By booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
2. Reservations & Bookings
- All reservations must be made in advance via our website, email, or phone.
- Confirmation of service is subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability.
- Apex Private Chauffeurs reserves the right to refuse bookings at its discretion.
3. Payments
- Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and approved corporate accounts.
- Hourly services are billed from the scheduled start time to the actual end of service.
- Point-to-point and airport transfers are billed at the agreed flat rate.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- Airport Transfers / Point-to-Point: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time will incur a 100% charge.
- Hourly Bookings / Events: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled start time will incur a 100% charge.
- “No-shows” will be charged the full fare.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original payment method.
5. Delays & Waiting Time
- A grace period of 30 minutes is included for point-to-point and airport pickups. After that, waiting time is charged in 30-minute increments at the hourly rate.
- Flight tracking is included for airport transfers; however, clients must provide accurate flight details.
- Apex Private Chauffeurs is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen traffic, weather, road closures, or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Passenger Conduct
- Passengers must wear seatbelts at all times.
- Smoking, vaping, and use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside the vehicles.
- Passengers will be held financially responsible for any damages or excessive cleaning caused to the vehicle.
7. Liability
- Apex Private Chauffeurs will make every effort to provide on-time service but cannot guarantee arrival times due to external factors (e.g., weather, traffic, accidents).
- We are not liable for missed flights, events, or appointments due to circumstances beyond our control.
- Personal belongings are the sole responsibility of passengers. Apex Private Chauffeurs is not liable for lost or forgotten items.
8. Vehicle Substitution
- We reserve the right to substitute a vehicle of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances (mechanical failure, scheduling conflicts, etc.).
9. Safety & Compliance
- All chauffeurs are fully licensed and insured in accordance with state and federal regulations.
- Apex Private Chauffeurs reserves the right to refuse service to anyone under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or engaging in unsafe or disruptive behavior.
10. Privacy Policy
- Client information will only be used for the purpose of providing transportation services and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the state in which Apex Private Chauffeurs operates.
